These are the terms and conditions ("terms of service", "ToS") between you ("the customer") and Asekio ("the provider", Migaro AB) for the use of our services.
By registering and using the providers services, the customer agrees to these ToS and the providers Privacy Policy.
If the customer do not agree to these terms, the customer must not register or use our services.
If the customer has any questions regarding the providers ToS, please contact customer support for clarification before registering or using our services. To register and use the providers services, the customer must be at least 18 years old.
The customer is solely responsible for the account and the activities conducted on the customers account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any customer account, without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these terms, illegal activities, inappropriate content (e.g., pornographic), copyright infringement, or non-payment or late payment of fees.
A customer may not sue or claim damages if their account is suspended for any reason.
The customer may only upload, publish and/or use content that the customer owns or has the right to use.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the customer has the right to use the content that the customer uploads, publishes and/or uses on the providers services. Because the providers service uses and relies on third-party services, including but not limited to AI-generated content, stock photos and videos, any content that the provider suggests or provides to the customer should be considered as a suggestion only, and the customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the customer has the right to use the content before publishing it.
The customer retains all ownership rights to the content uploaded onto the providers services. However, by using the providers services, the customer grants the provider a worldwide non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the customers content for the purpose of providing the services for the customer.
Any violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of the customers account without notice or refund.
The customer may close their account or cancel their subscription at any time through the customers account settings.
If the customer is unable to access the account, the customer must contact the provider customer support team.
The customer's subscription is set to automatically renew at the start of each billing cycle without prior notification.
In the event of late or non-payment, the customers account may be suspended until payment is received, as per section 2.
If the customer has bought a one-time-deal, such as Early Access, the customer will not be charged again automatically, but will be notified when the one-time-deal is about to expire to give the customer the option to sign up for a subscription.
If the customer does not sign up for a subscription, the customer will not be able to use the providers services after the one-time-deal expires.
We aim to respond to all customer inquiries as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours under normal circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, the provider disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages (including loss of business or profits) arising from the use or inability to use the providers services.
The provider makes no guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted. The customer is solely responsible for securing the customers account, if the customer believes that the account has been compromised, the customer must contact the provider immediately. The customer is responsible for the actions that are performed using the customers account, including abuse.
A login is personal and is only to be used by the customer.
The customer is not permitted to allow others to use the customers login or to make it available to third parties without the prior, explicit consent of the provider.
The maximum liability for any claim against the provider is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services in the last 12 months.
The provider may modify these terms at any time. The customer will receive an email notification at least 30 days before any changes to the ToS or Privacy Policy take effect.
If the customer disagrees with the changes, the customer must cancel the subscription within this period.
To the extent permitted by law, all disputes will be governed by the laws of Sweden.
By registering and/or using the providers services, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood these ToS.
